Brand identity and website redesign for an institute protecting free speech and press freedoms in the digital era.
The Knight First Amendment Institute (KFAI) was founded by Columbia University and the Knight Foundation to defend and advance the freedoms of speech and press. Through pioneering scholarship and impactful legal advocacy, KFAI addresses today’s most pressing First Amendment challenges.
A new visual identity was developed for KFAI, including a distinctive logo that reflects its mission. This was followed by a comprehensive website redesign to enhance user engagement and accessibility. Ongoing services include art direction, design, and creative consulting to support KFAI’s continued impact and growth.
